Answers to frequently asked questions.

Ecumen Centennial House specializes in both Assisted Living as well as Memory Care. We provide a variety of services, including assistance with personal care, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry and meals. Our nurse completes an assessment of all potential residents—at no cost to you—then develops a care plan specific to your loved one’s current needs and reassesses as their needs change and at regular intervals.

Please contact Nancy Solinger, our marketing manager and she will talk to you about your specific needs. She will then let you know what might be the best fit for you or your loved one. You can call Nancy at 952-542-5687 or click here to contact us online.

Our Assisted Living nursing team will recommend when Memory Care is appropriate. When the resident needs a specialized, safe and secure care environment due to the progression of Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, we will assess them and then meet with the resident and family to discuss the options that Memory Care can provide.

Our award-winning Ecumen Awakenings program emphasizes human relationships and non-pharmaceutical remedies. We are driven to help re-awaken many residents whose physical and cognitive abilities have often been masked by an inappropriate use of antipsychotic drugs by exploring alternative care approaches that could provide them a better quality of life.

Ecumen Centennial House Dining services takes great pride in the variety of choices and quality of food served. Ecumen Centennial House has a partnership with Bluestone Physicians Group to provide in-house Nurse Practitioner and Physician services for those who would like to switch their primary care rather than having to go out of the community for those appointments. Bluestone Physicians do accept most insurance plans. We also have a secondary provider called Onsite Services, which provides dental, hearing, vision, and podiatry visits.
