Originally from Apple Valley, Minnesota, Emily’s work is centered around people. She is passionate about supporting team growth, fostering open and compassionate communication, and creating meaningful connections with both residents and team members. Emily believes in being present—whether it’s offering encouragement, sharing a laugh, or simply checking in—and strives each day to help build a caring, family-like environment.
With a background in healthcare across hospitals and clinics in the Twin Cities, Emily discovered her true calling in senior living after the pandemic. She finds deep purpose in supporting residents, partnering with families, and encouraging teams to provide the same level of care they’d want for their own loved ones. She embraces challenges as opportunities to grow and continually improve the experience for residents and team members alike.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, and staying busy with her husband and kids. She loves her close-knit Cannon Falls neighborhood, visiting the Minnesota Zoo—where she attended the School of Environmental Studies—and exploring local parks, restaurants, and shops. With family still in Apple Valley, the community will always feel like home.
